By accessing or using Blogee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Blogee.

• You retain all rights to the content you publish on your blog.
• By publishing, you grant Blogee a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• Blogee does not claim ownership of your posts, images, or any other data you upload.

• Do not post illegal content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or spam.
• Do not attempt to access or query another tenant's data.
• Do not abuse rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks.
• Do not use Blogee for phishing, malware distribution, or fraud.

Blogee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

• AI translation, image generation, and metadata generation require you to provide your own OpenAI API key.
• You are responsible for all costs incurred through your OpenAI API usage.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
• Blogee is not liable for any AI-generated content published on your blog.

Blogee integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google OAuth, and AWS S3. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Blogee is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

• Blogee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Blogee is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (zero, since the service is free).

• Blogee strives for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.
• Blogee may discontinue or modify features with reasonable notice.

• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your admin dashboard.
• Blogee may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Blogee may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via the email address associated with your account.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
