Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Blogee you agree to these terms. If you use Blogee for a company or another organization, you confirm that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Blogee provides hosted blogs with an editor, translations, widgets, newsletters, analytics, content imports and a server that lets AI agents operate a blog. We may add, change or remove features, and we give reasonable notice when a removal significantly affects you.

• Give accurate and complete information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done with your account.
• One account owns one blog today.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it to use an online service.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account or a key has been compromised.

An API key for the MCP server acts with the full authority of your blog: it can publish, edit and delete posts and change settings. You are responsible for the keys you create and for every action an agent takes with them, including content it publishes.

• Keep keys secret, create one per agent and revoke any you no longer use.
• The same publishing rules and rate limits apply to agents and to people.

• You keep all rights to the content you publish.
• You give Blogee a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, translate and distribute your content, through your blog, feeds, widgets, social images and emails you send, only to provide the service.
• You promise that you have the rights to what you publish, including content you import and republish with a content connection.

Blogee does not claim ownership of your posts, images or other data.

Do not use Blogee to:

• publish illegal content, hate speech, harassment, threats or spam;
• infringe the rights of others, or run phishing, malware or fraud;
• try to access another blog's data, or to bypass security measures or rate limits;
• attack or overload the service, or use it in a way that harms other users.

We may remove content, suspend newsletter sending, block a content connection, or suspend or end access when this is needed to enforce these terms or to protect the service and its users.

When you send a newsletter you are the sender, and you must follow the laws that apply to email marketing.

• Email only people who agreed to receive your emails.
• Honor unsubscribe requests. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
• Provide a valid postal address where the feature asks for one.
• A new blog needs our approval before it can send, and issues are sent only after a person approves them.

We may suspend sending if complaints or bounces are high.

• AI features need your own API key from OpenAI, Google Gemini or DeepSeek. Using them also means accepting that provider's terms.
• You pay the provider directly for everything you use.
• Content you send to a provider leaves Blogee as described in our Privacy Policy.
• AI output can be wrong or similar to existing work. You are responsible for reviewing it before it is published.

Blogee is not liable for AI-generated content published on your blog.

A custom domain must be one you control, and you prove it with a DNS record. Blogee works with third-party services, including hosting, email, storage, sign-in and AI providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

Blog footers show a small "Powered by Blogee" credit unless you set your own footer text, and widgets always show it. Please leave the widget credit in place.

Blogee is free today. AI costs are charged to you by your AI provider. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before they apply to you, and you can stop using the service.

We work for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, limits or incidents can cause interruptions.

• You can stop using Blogee at any time.
• To delete your account and its data, email us. After we confirm your identity we delete it within 30 days, and we will try to give you a copy of your content first if you ask.
• We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

• Blogee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for data loss, interruptions, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which is zero while the service is free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and email account holders about material changes before they apply. If you keep using Blogee after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Blogee operator, without taking away the mandatory consumer rights of your country. If you have a complaint, contact us first so we can try to solve it together.
